We cannot accept responsibility for any items damaged by misuse. If you need to return a faulty item, please get a certificate of posting from the Post Office in case your item gets lost. Refunds If a product purchased is not to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for a full refund as long as you notify us within seven days of receipt. Notification can be over the telephone, or in writing by post / e-mail. The item should be in its original condition including packaging. Please get a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office. We will refund the sale price of the item (not including any delivery costs you incur returning the unwanted item).
